Came to this location because the other location on grant/louetta had us waiting an hour only to be skipped when we were next on deck. This new location was great and there was 0 wait time. My son got a haircut by Mai and she did amazing job. My son loves his haircut and was wowed at his hair. He came out so handsome! This will be our new location from now on. Thank you Mai for your wonderful service and experience.

Having a hair cut is very difficult and frustrating. The front desk is a mess and the stylist take and grab customers without following the appointments. I set an appointment on line, I arrived to the store and I was on deck with 9 minutes for my appointment. A gentleman walks in and my appointment got moved up to 24 minutes...... The stylist then tells me I have to wait for one or two customers in front on me....... ???? A the time I left there was 3 stylist and two customers, go figure!!!!
