Came to this location because the other location on grant/louetta had us waiting an hour only to be skipped when we were next on deck. This new location was great and there was 0 wait time. My son got a haircut by Mai and she did amazing job. My son loves his haircut and was wowed at his hair. He came out so handsome! This will be our new location from now on. Thank you Mai for your wonderful service and experience.

I asked for a specific haircut for my son and the stylist did not give him the haircut I requested. I then asked her to go shorter and she gave me a bad attitude and told me she warned me that his hair was to thick. I told her that I wasn’t trying to upset her, but please give him the haircut I requested. I had to have another hairstylist step in because she gave had the worst attitude. She stormed off after I requested a different hairstylist.
